and to meet and greet and get warmed up ready for the Big Bike Ride,

Go to the 'sign up' tab at the top of the page to sign up the you will get an email for what to do next.

-EXTRA INFORMATION-

* This Bike Ride is for all ages- but please consider that it is 25 miles.

* On the days of the Bike Ride there will be a 5-10min break every 5 miles, and in that time you can have a drink/snack and you can buy extra wristbands or stickers etc.

* On the day you will get some free gifts and a free bottle of water(per person).

* A first aid kit will be carried on the Bike Ride. Please also note that this Bike ride is not a race we will all be in single file keeping at a steady pace.

* The Bike Ride may be canceled if the weather is very bad on the day, but it has to be very bad etc Heavy rain.
If this does happen, the Bike Ride will be put forward a day so it will be on the Sunday.

* You might consider bringing a light snack or some extra drinks in a bag! We will have a 20min stop for lunch.

* Please dress correctly for the Bike Ride etc coat-if its cold, or suncream and hat if its sunny and hot.

* Please get your Bike safety checked as you might be at risk of something falling off or breaking.
